This is my proposal submitted to the committee on February 2nd

6 Classifications with 5 Regions

The idea is to not make major changes in districts or classification in 2010
The push for larger districts does not necessarily work geographically
Instead, this would be best solved by regional grouping using counties
These regions would help districts and schools set up non-league games
Neighboring regions would work together, especially on shared districts
