Practices began Mon, Aug 21st at the Juniper Pool from 7:15-9:15pm

Participation fee is $130 for all sports at Mt View. Plus: fundraising activities
Incoming 9th and 11th graders need a sports physical (or, if not one last year)
Roster ... Captains: MV - Carrie Price (12th) ... MV - Holly Weeks (11th)
The girls return 5 players and are a favorite to win a 5A playoff berth
As only a 2nd year team, new players are needed to play varsity (i.e. letter)
Most Tuesdays will be girls only practices and have no practices on Wednesdays

A combination of soccer and basketball in the water, but physical like hockey
HS water polo rules (NFHS) are almost the same as the International FINA rules
There is a goalie (like soccer) and 6 field players (who play offense & defense)
